  • Running Bon Labs. I build agent systems and retrieval infrastructure, then train the client's own engineers to run them.
  • Working on AI adoption at scale for firms in Singapore and Australia that bill by the hour.
  • Everyone says go AI native. Almost nobody can say what that means on a Monday morning. That is the part I am trying to solve.
  • Taking one or two direct contract engagements at a time.

Personally

  • Remote, Asia Pacific hours. The globe on the home page knows where I actually am.
  • Rediscovering my cultural roots as an adult.
  • Sailing, golf, fitness. Slowing down where I can.

  • How fast the seven-month AI doubling is actually compressing.
  • What it means to design systems for a model that does not exist yet.
  • Whether the next decade of AI belongs to non-technical operators. I think yes.
  • How to keep deepening the foundation so the tower can grow taller. Reflecting consistently rather than showing the work off.
